Chitown Mildsauce Hospitality Group was founded by Chef Dominique Graves, a Chicago-born chef, entrepreneur, and culinary leader with over 15 years of professional experience in the food and hospitality industry.

    Raised in Chicago, Dominique developed a deep passion for the bold flavors and street food culture that define the city. From Italian beef sandwiches and Maxwell Street Polish sausages to crispy wings and rib tips with the iconic Chicago mild sauce, these flavors became the inspiration behind the Chitown Mildsauce brand.

    After years of working in professional kitchens, catering events, and serving film production crews, Dominique launched Chitown Mildsauce to bring authentic Chicago flavors to new communities while building a hospitality company rooted in opportunity and excellence.

Now based in Greensboro, North Carolina, Chitown Mildsauce is expanding through:

• Corporate catering

• Private chef dining experiences

• Community events and pop-ups

• Signature sauces and food products

Dominique’s vision goes beyond food. Through the Chitown Mildsauce Hospitality Group, she plans to create jobs, mentorship opportunities, and eventually a culinary training program in Greensboro, helping the next generation of chefs and entrepreneurs succeed in the hospitality industry.
